Return Policy
Couple O' Buck$,
LLC maintains a strict seven (7) day return policy on items purchased through any of the mediums used including but not limited
to Ebay auctions. Items may only be returned under the following circumstances:
A) Damage during shipping: If a product is damaged during the shipping process,
the purchaser must inform Couple O' Buck$, LLC by
e-mail or phone within the 7 day return policy period. If the purchaser does not inform Couple
O' Buck$, LLC within the 7 day return policy period, purchaser forfeits all
rights to a refund. Providing that Couple O' Buck$,
LLC is notified within the 7 day return policy period, the purchaser may choose between two options to recover losses:
- 1) The purchaser may file a damage claim with the shipping
company whereas the monies will be sent to Couple O' Buck$,
LLC who, in turn, will issue a check to the purchaser for the full purchase price plus shipping costs...
- 2) The purchaser returns the product to Couple
O' Buck$, LLC. A damage report will be filed by Couple
O' Buck$, LLC with the responsible shipping company. Upon receipt of
the refund, Couple O' Buck$, LLC will issue a check
to the purchaser for the full purchase price plus shipping cost. The purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping
costs.
B) Gross Misrepresentation of Product: In the event the purchaser believes
that Couple O' Buck$, LLC has been negligent in
revealing all aspects of an item, AND a product does not meet the expectations of the purchaser due to a misleading
description of the product, the purchaser may elect to send the item back to Couple O' Buck$, LLC for a full refund of the purchase price plus shipping costs. The return shipping costs will
be the purchasers responsibility. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, at the sole discretion of Couple
O' Buck$, LLC may elect to refund the return shipping fees under these provisions:
- 1) The product
is returned in the original condition when shipped to the purchaser
- 2) The purchaser has not used a shipping method greater than the value
of the original shipping cost. In this event, purchaser will only receive a refund up to the original shipping cost.
- 3) That the purchaser has notified At the sole discretion of ,Couple
O' Buck$ LLC of purchasers intent to return the item within the seven (7) day
return policy period
note* all conditions must be met for a purchaser to qualify for a refund of return
shipping costs. If one or more of the conditions are not met in any way, the purchaser will not be considered for a
return shipping refund.
Consignment Policy
Consignors with Couple O'
Buck$, LLC must adhere to the Consignment
contract signed at our store. Consignors will be issued a username and password to access their account page with
us. Usernames and Passwords are confidential, and users must not give out their username and password under any circumstance.
Couple O' Buck$,
LLC maintains these pages and all information provided on the pages is solely for the consignor. Couple O' Buck$,
LLC will not be liable for any information obtained from these pages if conisgnors release their username and
password to unknown parties.
